Yuliya Georgieva is an Urban Planner and Landscape Architect who has been researching and working on the issues of flooding and urbanisation in flood prone areas since 2013 where she worked at the Ile de France Urban Planning Institute on the revision of Hanoi Capital Region Master Plan 2030 鈥� 2050. A manager Laurent Perrin, introduced her to amphibious architecture and design which sparked her interest in Hanoi鈥檚 complexity of urbanization and flood issues.
