Before that I was workin in SBI as a credit trader.
Regarding strategist role, I worked as a desk strategist in UBS Japan till Jul-2016, focusing mainly JPY rates products. I did many advices to clients beyond the role of strategist (e.g. updating regulations or explain the funding curve/CVA etc).
Before joining UBS, I was working in RBS in strategist role since 2011. I worked in Nomura for 4 year of Sales & Trade devisions in Global Market (Two and half years as Aussie/Euro Govt Trader, the rest as an International Rate Flow Sales) and experienced a quant specialist in Big 4 auditing firm.
