Yves De Mulder joined Laborelec in 2004 as Project Manager in Condition Assessment, Condition Monitoring and Predictive Maintenance Techniques. He started up Diagnostic Center for Generation in 2004, and assumed the role of Technology Manager from 2006 untill September 2010. Since July 2009, he is in charge of Laborelec's Business Development towards Generation in Europe
