Dr. Kanji is originally from Edmonton, Alberta however has had the unique opportunity of studying across the country. Dr. Kanji was awarded a full scholarship to Lester B. Pearson United World College of the Pacific governed by Queen Noor of Jordan and Nelson Mandela. He then pursued Post-Secondary training at McGill University and the University of Alberta culminating with his Doctor of Medicine designation. Since 2009, Dr. Kanji has been completing his residency in General Surgery at the University of British Columbia.
