Ziad Hamoui is the founder and immediate past president of the Borderless Alliance, a private sector led, multi-stakeholder advocacy group that promotes regional economic integration in West Africa and the free movement of goods and people by tackling barriers to trade and transport in the region.
Mr. Hamoui was instrumental in the successful transition of the Borderless Alliance, from a USAID campaign championed by the West Africa Trade Hub, to a full-fledged, autonomous organization, headed in Accra, Ghana and covering nine West African countries.
