Mr. Lawrence has a unique skill-set that allows him to manage GxP laboratory instrumentation from cradle to grave. Initial planning and high level risk assessment, followed by writing and implementing qualification or validation plans. Purchasing and arranging vendor installations, or execution of the validation plan himself if the SOP allows. Mr. Lawrence is a leading expert on the uses and chemistry of the rare earth elements. He has conceptualized a new method for the separation of rare earth elements directly from ore to useful chemicals. He has taken the idea through several phases of development culminating in the validation of the technology in a laboratory environment.
