1. Partner with team leaders to develop and implement specific human resources strategy and solutions, including workforce planning and management, on-boarding, employee relationship and communication, performance management, termination etc.
2. Fulfill recruiting needs through setting recruiting process, expanding recruiting channels, leading team to meet the recruiting target etc.
3. Lead the daily administrative operation, including office, reimbursement, business trip, device management & other benefits implementation.
4. Coach and mentor the HR & Admin team.
