Job Responsibilities:
鈥� Provide planning support in the development of initial project plans and coordinated with the execution and planning department for progress monitoring.
鈥� Update weekly Programme on Primavera and develop reports highlighting weekly and monthly look aheads. Prepare delay analysis report for any variations associated with the baseline Programme. Prepare recovery programme to support the execution team in meeting project completion deadlines.
鈥� Prepare weekly, monthly cost reports, estimate monthly quantities, Co-ordinate with clients QS in finalizing monthly quantities and prepare monthly invoices for different projects.
