In conjunction with Mountain Metropolitan Transit of the City of Colorado Springs, on a part-time contract basis, I provide Travel Training to citizens who qualify for the ADA Paratransit Division. This involves working with a broad spectrum of special needs people who have various challenges that prevent them from being able to take the regular MMT city bus. I work with each individual, along with their families and caregivers, to train these people how to get up in their lives, get on the bus safely, and go where they want to go in life.
