Submission Of all documents and Procedures (WPS, PQR, NDE Inspection by Third Party & Welders Qualification Card etc.) with the coordination of Qc Supervisor and QC Manager.
Inspection of all Equipments related to welding activity, Tools, Welding Machine, Baking Oven, Holding Oven & Quiver against their calibration certificate.
Receiving Inspection of raw material, welding consumables against Mill Test Certificate prior to fabrication.
Ensuring that the fabrication process is in conformance to latest revision of drawings. In process inspection including welding inspection & NDE.
Submit RFI for clients inspection and assist the clients inspector during inspection.
