Mr. de Leon, is a licensed professional teacher. His research interests are in the field of education, child development, human development, family resource management, and training development. He expanded his knowledge and skills during his work at the Department of Human and Family Development Studies, CHE-UPLB as University Research Associate/Program Coordinator of the UPLB Elderly Development Program.
At present, he serves as Teacher I and Guidance Counselor (Grade 7) of Dayap National High School.
He helps all students in the areas of academic achievement, personal/social development and career development. Also, he teaches Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao to grade 8 students.
