I am a business technology analyst, author and professional speaker with over 25 years鈥� experience reporting and commenting on the use of technology in business. I serve as a Contributing Editor to both Harvard Business Review Analytic Services and CIO magazine, where I was part of the founding team and served as Editor in Chief for 13 years.
