My journey with HR started 2 years ago with AIESEC
(The world's largest youth driven organization). As a National Talent Management Coordinator and social media manager I was in charge of:
- Planning the whole recruitment process of the organization
- Implementing the Membership Education Cycle
- Setting a fellow up policy containing talent tracking, rewards and recognition
- Managing AIESEC in Algeria brand's in social media
I have more than one year of professional experience in HR mainly in recruitment.
I am a quick learner, good communicator and I know how to adapt to new situations/ Changes. I always do my best to learn new things and be present when I am needed.
