- Development IT Strategy to meet requirements of Business Strategy accordance to requirements of COBIT;
- Experience of managing medium and complex large projects in conformity with PMBOK, PRINCE2, ITIL, Russian Federation standards for developing Software like 34 and requirements of procurement guide of the World Bank;
- Experience of managing multiple projects;
- Contract management for purchase, delivery, customize and acceptance Software and Hardware;
- Result - oriented;
- Strong business analysis background;
- Good communications skills and problem solving.
