An academic scholar, I have completed my Post Graduation & Management in Finance - International Business. I started my career as an investment banker in the learning & development department. Initially I used to train the investment bankers and the marketing dept. on financial portfolios and execution. Gradually I entered into the field of leadership trainings as well.
My work has equipped me with strong domain knowledge in various facets of Training. I have 7 yrs work-ex in training and content development. Currently a certified DISC, TTT, TA – 101 and ISO 9001-2015 auditor; I am into content development, training facilitation and auditing.
