This document contains an observation instrument to evaluate student performance on online tests administered through the Classmarker online testing tool. The instrument contains 12 statements for the evaluator to indicate whether observations are yes, no, or unobservable related to how most learners performed on the test in areas like completing all questions and finishing on time, grade performance, answer relevance and accuracy, and adapting to different question styles. Space is also provided for additional comments.
