As an Agile practitioner with a decade of hands-on experience, I have guided Agile Transformation at functional organizations and coached numerous teams, including an Executive Scrum Team. I have also integrated Agile into the fabric of acquisitions in a holistic fashion, coached and empowered the new leadership.
