I graduated from the University of Tampa in Dec. '08 with a major in Marine Science-Biology and a minor in Chemistry. I decided my senior year that I wanted to be a Biology teacher. I started out as a substitute teacher (not very fun, but opened up a lot of doors) while I worked on my certifications and teaching exams. Stewart Middle School in Tampa picked me up as a Math and Science tutor, especially for FCAT and failing students. Recently I moved to Orlando because I was offered a full time teaching job there! Last year I taught 8th grade science and 9th grade Biology. This year I am teaching 9th grade Bio, 10th grade Chem, and one random 6th grade class ^^
