Over a dozen years of internet advertising operations experience with both start-ups and large corporations that include eBay, MSN, and RealNetworks. Large network of contacts within the ad network and ad solutions industry. Undergraduate degree from UCLA and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
I currently lead LinkedIn's Advertising Operations group that manages campaign creation, execution, optimization, and billing & reconciliation for both our Hiring Solutions and Marketing Solutions businesses. I recruit, manage, mentor, and coach high performing teams and team members across San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Toronto, and Brazil.
