Alexandra Serra is an executive manager, with more than 25 years of experience in public and private sector and a wide experience in international markets, having participated or coordinated projects in Morocco, Algeria, Angola, Mozambique, Cape Vert, Brazil and Guinea-Bissau. Her main managerial experience is related to water utilities and engineering consultancy.
Presently, she is board member at Aguas de Portugal International and president of AQUASIS SA, the IT company of Aguas de Portugal Group. She is the President of the Portuguese Water Partnership, a platform for the internationalization of the Portuguese Water Sector.
