Assignment: Product Owner and Project Manager.
Actions: Came up with the idea, recruited the team (6 persons) and together with them created brand identity, product roadmap, project plan, product requirements as well as built, designed and (so far) launched the beta version of the product.
Results: From company creation to launch of beta website in less than four months. Established a marketing/PR partnership for the public launch with Electrolux.
