At the crossoads of Business Development, Project Management and Customer Research and Experience, I currently focus on Service Design and I'm involved in several projects. Previously in charge of Marketing and Communications for a BtoB start-up involved in payment industry. I have also assumed role in Business Development and have a rich and active experience of marketing (strategic, studies, influence, digital...).
