"Kaizen" is one of my preferred word. I'm thinking we have to learn all the time and to improve our knowledge and skills again and again.
I started in R&D area like a developer and I'm in R&D area like a manager. I promote Agile Methodologies and Agile Management like the alternative for the old management style.
I use the workshops where I'm acting like a "Trainer" to share my knowledge with others and to learn from others.
