Agency for Regional Development (ARD) 鈥淗abitat鈥� is a non-profit Public Association, founded on the 18th of December, 2001, specialized in providing public services for sustainable development of rural areas of the Nistru river basin area. Our Vision: ARD HABITAT aspires to a state that protects life, property and freedom of all, a decent life, a competitive economy, a clean and healthy environment, and a community of information, knowledge and consciousness. Mission: ARD HABITAT contributes to sustainable development of the communities by strengthening participatory democracy, tourism development, small and medium enterprises and professional training.
