The story begins with … I was young, I was in loved with Psychology and I was very passionate about it. I always had a dream: to create something important and attain success by loving what I’m doing and doing what I love – to unravel the elaborate design of the human mind and the minimalist architecture of the soul.
I had gained a lot of experience in planning, developing, implementing and evaluating personnel and labor relations strategies including policies, programs and procedures to meet organization's human resource requirements, occupying positions from entry level, such as industrial and organisational psychologist, HR specialist and recruiter to top management position.
