My background was originally in photography and design, but I quickly moved into digital technology in museums. More recently I have taken on a Product Management role, co-developing a Product Development Framework at Te Papa, using Lean, Design Thinking and Agile tools to ensure the many digital products Te Papa develops are created to solve a genuine user need, and are created efficiently, sustainably, and are managed over time. I introduced Agile to Te Papa, and led the first large, user-focussed, and agile redevelopment of the organisation's main website. I continue to coach individuals and teams in various agile methods.
