I'm a Ph.D. student in the mechanical engineering department at McMaster University. Also, I'm a graduate research assistant at McMaster Manufacturing Research Institute (MMRI) in the micro-machining lab. My research focuses on the hybrid manufacturing which combines between Additive manufacturing (AM) & CNC micro-machining for optical metal mirrors and optomechanical components. The target of my research during Ph.D. is trying to enhance surface finish of additive manufactured metal mirrors and also to enhance the performance of optical and optomechanical components using Additive manufacturing.
