Job Responsibilities:
•Directs, supervises for all on-stream and shutdown inspection activities and repair in the gas plant, oil plant, sea lines
and offshore platforms for stationary equipment (vessels, burner, boilers, heat exchangers, tanks, etc), piping
systems, pressure relieving devices, lifting equipment, structures, etc, by assessing deterioration mechanisms,
corrosion monitoring and investigation of failures to establish inspection frequencies and/or corrective actions to
prevent recurrences.
•NDT activities such as; VT, RT, UT, MT & PT. and Internal visual inspection by Borescope tools.
•Experience with tank inspection and repair according to standard codes API 650/653.
•Experience with piping and pipelines inspection and repair according to standard codes API 570, API 1104, ASME
B31.1& ASME B31.3.
•Experience with pressure vessels inspection and repair according to standard codes API 510.
•Directs, supervises for tank floor mapping by Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) and repair.
•Directs, supervises for changing bottom plates for tank (T-2008) and applying new bottom according to standard code
API 653 and SUCO specifications.
•Directs, supervises for additional gas supply lines on platform D.

•Drawing of all isometrics required for any new jobs and also for in service work.
•Monitors plan for intelligent pigging & under water survey for sea lines per good industry practices to ensure its
integrity and witness with doing the job.
•Supervises for all coating activities (internal & external painting, wrapping and insulation )
•Witness on inspection for cranes, hoists, loose lifting equipment, offshore equipment, overhead and other structures,
forklift trucks and mobile cranes.
•Advises on repair techniques, materials selection, welding procedures, inspection and testing requirements.
•Checking and advising on new designs, including plant changes and projects.
•Closely follow the Test-Packs & Preparing punch list of works and ensuring clearing those points in consultation with
client engineers.
•Planning and day wise progress monitoring of work as per schedule.
