In support of this I co-founded with Middlesex University London- 'The Center for Advanced Professional Studies', www.capsmdxu.org where we have created a framework that;
(i) offers individuals the opportunity to gain formal recognition and academic credit for all learning that occurs in the workplace, military service, volunteer service or elsewhere and
(ii) develops the individual鈥檚 knowledge and skills to thrive in volatile, uncertain environments and consistently deliver outstanding results.
