Someone as a part of those billions and yet apart from all of them. What makes me distinct is what i feel not what i express, apparently thats not visible to everyone but the one who is made for it. I am an ordinary for most but not for everyone and i am the universe for that someone. Thats what i am a distinct one in the universes of the universes :)
