Ming jie believes that the success of brands and companies are based on the customer experience they provide. As an experience designer in OCBC Bank, he practices his belief on a daily basis and further extends his passion for empowering customers to be the best they can be though the brands he distributes.
Prior to being an experience designer, Ming jie started out as a freelance designer, co-founded a branding agency, made the jump to marketing, and has since moved into the customer experience industry. He received his design education from NYP and has since enrolled in the school of life.
