Aishah started her professional career in London as a consultant offering business consultancy and additionally recruiting for small to medium sized firms. She was head hunted by Hays Specialist Recruitment in Canada as a Business Manager for the Civil, Structural and Environmental sector. In September 2008, she moved to Dubai and has built up a strong network of contacts across the UAE and has a deep cultural understanding of the diverse make-up of the population within the GCC. She has gone on to establish her own Management Consultancy Firm in Dubai, United Arab Emirates in January of 2013 which predominately has focused on service offerings in the GCC market.
