What drives me every day is the goal of making tomorrow a better day. I’ve started my IT career within Quality Assurance because it has direct connection to process improvement. When selecting way of working I tend to favour self correcting approaches since these embrace the change. I am challenging status quo when I see that it blocks potential of the team or organization I work with. I do have respect for the rules but these should also be the subject of improvement.
