I'm a freelance fitness instructor and fitness and medical interpreter-translator (English <-> Japanese). My current goal is make people healthy and happy. :)

I have worked in the IT industry for a long time and realized the importance of health and wellness. 

I love meeting and getting to know people with different backgrounds. Diversity, is what makes people interesting!

I love travelling, seeing places I've never been, and experiencing something I've never experienced.  

Life is an adventure and everyday is a new learning experience! :)
