As a PM with CCS Architecture, I worked exclusively on a restaurant/casino redevelopment (25,000sf) in Citrus Heights, CA, opened in July 2014.
Previously, with Shimoda Design Group (Los Angeles) I worked on award-winning projects for clients such as Tishman Speyer, Rolex and Steelcase, Inc., as well as creative office space and headquarters for MTV Networks.
Specifically for Tishman Speyer, my role was a co-project manager/project architect for the 250,000sf remodel of an existing office building in Beverly Hills, now UTA Plaza. It focused on upgrading the arrival experience through the plaza and site and updating the lobbies and public areas of the entire property.
