After all the experience accumulated from school and previous job, I have developed expertise in providing clinical application reference by analyzing healthcare longitudinal big data (data volume of 1 TB consists of medical records of 23 million people), using data mining methodology such as decision tree, random forest to find the association between genetic variation and some specific disease, using multivariate analysis method to reduce the number of variables to increase interpretability. Currently, my self-learning plan is to acquire the knowledge for the programming language used in web programming development (e.g. PHP, Python).
