I possess around four years of progressive experience in the IT/Telecom field. My professional history includes a position as Value-Added Services Engineer at MobiNetS.
I am responsible for the support and testing of MobiNetS and Gemalto VAS, Over-The-Air, and ITSM platforms including mobile money transfer/recharge, USSD Gateway, remote SIM-Toolkit solutions, and Axios assyst for IT Service Management. I am currently handling support of three major customers for MobiNetS; Alfa in Lebanon, Cyta in Cyprus, and MTN in Syria.
Besides my work experience, I posses a university degree in IT and I am certified in CCNA, CCNP, and MCITP from a best local Cisco Networking Academy.
