Alain holds a business administration degree at UQAM. (University of Quebec in Montreal since 1986. He is active in the field of computing and telecommunications for over 20 years.
He worked at Gandalf, Unitel, IBM and Nortel to name a few. He helped launch the DATAVPN frame relay services in the early 90's at Unitel. Thereafter at IBM, he held several positions within the Department of Telecommunications, another with IBM Global Network division. He worked at Nortel in sales for the Enterprise Division.
Now for more than 4 years, he specializes in wireless networks and obtained CWNA certification in January 2005.
