Albert Ruda graduated from the University of Girona (UdG) in 1997, where he is currently Senior lecturer in Private Law (teaching European Private Law, Property Law, and Legal Drafting). He is also in charge of several subjects within the Master's in Tort Law at the UdG and has published about 60 papers on tort law, contract law and property law, among others.
