Dr Valos has a background in marketing communications and marketing implementation mainly in service industries i.e. Telstra. His academic research work has been published in leading journals throughout Europe, North America and Australasia. Recent industry research partners include CGU, Australia Post and the New South Wales government.
He has written two textbooks on marketing communications and writes a regular bimonthly article in Marketing Magazine.
He conducts an annual poll of 40 CMO鈥檚 on emerging trends in marketing and these provide content for his fortnightly industry executive roundtables as well as his magazine articles.
