In the past was the Business Development Director at ClickOn, the Leader of the Daily Deal model based in Brazil. Mr. Flit started the operations of the first Brazilian carrier of VOIP, responsible for strategy and serving as COO / CTO in 1998. This company after two years of operation reached 12,000 corporate customers and 480 employees in 20 offices in Brazil and three abroad. His responsibilities included fundraising and later on selling of the company to the Net2phone (AT&T). Mr. Flit worked in some startups in multinationals, such as Sharp Brazil Today.
