We support startups in terms of team building, developing HR marketing strategy, as well as acquiring IT specialists. Within the last two years, I’ve conducted several hundred job interviews, learning how to select the best candidates, who will be able to contribute to an organization. Professionally, I value efficient communication and acting according to the GTD method the most. The experience gathered working in the event, education and IT industries has taught me how to combine and utilize available resources in order to efficiently reach goals set before me.
