- 8+ years working experience in distributed storage system design, development, performance tuning, system level troubleshooting and analysis, from product to service.
- Specialized in high availability, scale-out and geo-distributed system design and analysis, from data path to control path.
- Good skill at strategic thinking, problem solving, self-motivation, influence, team management and technical leadership.
- Familiar with EMC storage products and open source object storage systems.
- Technical skill and experience include: Linux OS, C/C++, Python, Go, Ruby, Shell, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Kafka, Docker, Mesos, etc.
