In the last 24 years, I have taught English and Portuguese in different contexts to different levels and ages, worked with assessment, both preparing students and as an examiner for the State University of Campinas and for Cambridge English Language Assessment, designed material (computer-based and books) for language courses, trained teachers and coordinators, and developed and managed English programs.
My main interests are related to assessment (especially of/for teaching), education policy and teacher development. I am also a supporter of technological resources/tools to enhance or support independent learning.
