Having started as an apprentice with Ericsson in 1982 I've was with Ericsson and then Damovo from its inception through to being appointed UK & Ireland Operations Director in 2013; responsible for all technical teams and Professional Services, focusing on the continued excellence in the delivery of all services to clients.
