Channelling my energetic and enthusiastic leadership style, I am able to lead multi-cultural communities through shared experiences. I enjoy the challenge of taking the 'big picture' and creating a culture that shares the vision and ensures its successful implementation. The development of a change community is energising, requiring excellent communication and organisation; balancing those with a good sense of humour, flexible leadership style and the ability to build effective relationships with all stakeholders.
