Almega is one of the largest employer麓s organizations in Sweden, serving more than 10 000 firms in the service industry. One of the fastest growing parts of the service sector are the knowledge intensive business services.
My main focus is on increasing the political awareness of the competence needs of the service sector, with the goal of eliminating competence shortages and barriers to growth. For that to happen, education providers must do well on collaborating with service sector firms and on aligning their output to the current and future demands on the labor market.
For that to happen, our government must do well on rewarding education providers who perform well.
