I am an experienced development and R&D manager, with 19 years experience in the industry, 12 of them in management positions. I managed development groups at large multinational companies such as Sun Microsystems. I was responsible for the whole product cycle starting from the initial product idea, design and implementation through the service and support. The development groups included engineers, tech writers and QA. I have experience in many areas including Grid Technologies, Java, J2EE, SIP, IM, IBM Mainframes and many others.
I have a BS in Computer Science from the Technion (the Israel Institute of Technology) and am currently studying for an MBA at the Open University in Israel....
