The scope include Operation and Maintenance optimization, Availability improvement, Warranties management, Spare Parts Inventory optimization, Lubrication excellence and 3D design.
I have got good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and TPM, Risk & Safety, Design of Machines 3D CAD and FEM. I am an expert in Tribology and Lubrication.
I have got experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Rail, Power Generation, and General Industry, even in Food Industry.
Also as a Lecturer of Reliability and Maintenance in a School of Engineering and I am the Director of a Master Program.
