I was born in Singapore in 1985. Schooled in design and informatics, I work at the intersection of Data Science and Spatial Planning to tackle challenges faced by Smart Cities. I specialise in the development and application of Data Visualisations for insights into Big (Urban) Data. Apart from quantitative research methodologies, I have also obtained formal education in traditional approaches to urban analysis from university coursework. During my doctoral research, I had the unique opportunity to collaborate with European policy makers as well as spatial and transportation planners at regional (NUTS-2) and local (NUTS-3) scales.
